STP8NK80ZFP ST Power MOSFET

The STP8NK80ZFP is an N-channel Zener-protected SuperMESH Power MOSFET from STMicroelectronics in TO-220FP fully insulated package, featuring 800V drain-source voltage and 6.2A continuous drain current for high-efficiency high-voltage switching. For selection, verify built-in back-to-back Zener diodes for ESD protection up to 3000V HBM, 100% avalanche tested for ruggedness, low gate charge for minimized switching losses, excellent dv/dt capability for demanding applications, and operating junction temperature from -55°C to +150°C. Features include SuperMESH technology for significantly reduced on-resistance, integrated Zener protection eliminating external components, very low intrinsic capacitances for fast switching, and fully insulated TO-220FP package for simplified thermal management.
