STPIC6C595TTR ST Shift Registers

The STPIC6C595TTR is a monolithic medium-voltage, low-current power 8-bit shift register from STMicroelectronics in TSSOP-16 package, designed for systems requiring moderate load power such as LEDs, relays, and solenoids. For selection, verify supply voltage from 4.5V to 5.5V, output voltage clamp of 33V built-in for inductive transient protection, eight DMOS outputs each capable of 100mA continuous sink current, on-resistance of 4Ω typical, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include serial-in, parallel-out shift register feeding D-type storage register, clear function for shift register, output enable for all drain outputs, cascadable via serial output, and ESD protection.
