The STPS10170CB-TR is a dual common-cathode power Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics in DPAK surface-mount package, featuring 170V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 10A average forward current (2x5A per leg). For selection, verify forward voltage drop for high efficiency, very small conduction losses, negligible switching losses, non-repetitive surge current capability, low reverse leakage current, and operating junction temperature up to 175°C.
