The STPS10170CG-TR is a dual common-cathode power Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics in D2PAK surface-mount package, featuring 170V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 10A average forward current (2x5A per leg) for high-frequency power conversion. For selection, verify forward voltage drop optimized for high efficiency, low reverse leakage current, non-repetitive surge current capability, negligible switching losses for high-frequency operation, and operating junction temperature up to 175°C.
