The STPS15H100CB-TR is a dual common-cathode high-voltage power Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics in DPAK surface-mount package, featuring 100V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 15A average forward current (2x7.5A per leg). For selection, verify forward voltage drop optimized for high efficiency, low reverse leakage current, non-repetitive surge current capability, negligible switching losses, and operating junction temperature up to 175°C.
