The STPS15L45CB-TR is a dual common-cathode low-drop power Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics in DPAK (TO-252-3) surface-mount package, featuring 45V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 15A average forward current (2x7.5A per leg). For selection, verify forward voltage drop of 520mV max at 7.5A per leg for high efficiency, low reverse leakage current of 1mA at 45V, very small conduction losses, negligible switching losses for high-frequency operation, non-repetitive surge current capability of 75A, and operating junction temperature from -65°C to +150°C. Features include dual diode configuration for full-wave rectification, avalanche capability specified, and ECOPACK2 compliance.
