The STPS15L60CB-TR is a dual common-cathode Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics in DPAK surface-mount package, featuring 60V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 15A average forward current (2x7.5A per leg) . For selection, verify forward voltage drop of 820mV max at 7.5A per leg, non-repetitive surge current of 75A, low reverse leakage current, negligible switching losses, and operating junction temperature up to 150°C. Features include very low forward voltage drop for minimized conduction losses, high efficiency in high-frequency operation, and dual diode configuration for full-wave rectification.
