The STPS2045CFP is a dual common-cathode power Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics in TO-220FP fully insulated package, featuring 45V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 20A average forward current (2x10A per leg). For selection, verify forward voltage drop for high efficiency, low reverse leakage current, non-repetitive surge current capability, negligible switching losses, and operating junction temperature up to 150°C. Features include very low forward voltage drop for minimized conduction losses, dual diode configuration for full-wave rectification, and fully insulated TO-220FP package for simplified thermal management without insulating washers.
