STPS30150CFP ST Fast Recovery Diode

The STPS30150CFP is a dual common-cathode power Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics in TO-220FP fully insulated package, featuring 150V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 30A average forward current (2x15A per leg). For selection, verify forward voltage drop of 920mV max at 15A per leg for high efficiency, low reverse leakage current of 6.5µA at 150V, non-repetitive surge current capability, negligible switching losses for high-frequency operation, fast recovery, and operating junction temperature up to 175°C. Features include very low forward voltage drop for minimized conduction losses, dual diode configuration for full-wave rectification, high junction temperature capability, and fully insulated TO-220FP package for simplified thermal management.
