The STPS30150CT is a dual common-cathode high voltage power Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics in TO-220AB through-hole package, featuring 150V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 30A average forward current (2x15A per leg). For selection, verify forward voltage drop of 920mV max at 15A per leg for high efficiency, low reverse leakage current, non-repetitive surge current capability, high junction temperature capability up to 175°C, avalanche capability specified, and good trade-off between leakage current and forward voltage drop. Features include dual diode configuration for full-wave rectification, high surge current capability for ruggedness, and insulated package option with TO-220FPAB (2000V DC isolation).
