The STPS30L60CT is a dual common-cathode low-drop power Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics in TO-220AB through-hole package, featuring 60V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 30A average forward current (2x15A per leg). For selection, verify forward voltage drop for high efficiency, low reverse leakage current, non-repetitive surge current capability, negligible switching losses, and operating junction temperature up to 150°C. Features include very low forward voltage drop for minimized conduction losses, dual diode configuration for full-wave rectification, and avalanche capability for ruggedness.
