STPS30L60CW ST Fast Recovery Diode

The STPS30L60CW is a dual common-cathode low-drop power Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics in TO-247 through-hole package, featuring 60V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 30A average forward current (2x15A per leg). For selection, verify forward voltage drop of 600mV max at 15A per leg for high efficiency, low reverse leakage current of 480µA at 60V, non-repetitive surge current of 600A, negligible switching losses for high-frequency operation, and operating junction temperature up to 150°C. Features include very low forward voltage drop for minimized conduction losses, dual diode configuration for full-wave rectification, and high surge current capability for ruggedness.
