The STPS40150CT is a 150V, 40A power Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics in TO-220AB through-hole package, featuring dual center-tap configuration (2x20A per leg) for high-efficiency power conversion. For selection, verify repetitive peak reverse voltage of 150V, average forward current of 40A (2x20A per leg), forward voltage drop optimized for high efficiency, non-repetitive surge current capability, low reverse leakage current, and operating junction temperature up to 175°C.
