The STPS40M100CT is a dual common-cathode power Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics, featuring 100V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 40A average forward current (2x20A per leg) for high-current power conversion. For selection, verify forward voltage drop optimized for high efficiency, low reverse leakage current, non-repetitive surge current capability, negligible switching losses for high-frequency operation, and operating junction temperature up to 150°C.
