The STPS60SM200CW is a dual common-cathode power Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics in TO-247 through-hole package, featuring 200V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 60A average forward current (2x30A per leg) . For selection, verify forward voltage drop optimized for high efficiency, non-repetitive surge current of 500A, low reverse leakage current, negligible switching losses, and operating junction temperature up to 175°C .
