The STPS61170CW is a dual common-cathode high voltage power Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics, featuring 170V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 60A average forward current (2x30A per leg) for high-current power conversion. For selection, verify forward voltage drop optimized for high efficiency, low reverse leakage current, non-repetitive surge current capability, negligible switching losses for high-frequency operation, and operating junction temperature up to 175°C.
