The STPS80170CW is a dual common-cathode high voltage power Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics in TO-247 through-hole package, featuring 170V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 80A average forward current (2x40A per leg). For selection, verify forward voltage drop of 840mV max at 40A per leg for high efficiency, low reverse leakage current of 80µA at 170V, non-repetitive surge current of 500A, high junction temperature capability up to 175°C, and avalanche capability specified.
