The STPSC8H065D is a 650V, 8A silicon carbide (SiC) power Schottky diode from STMicroelectronics in TO-220AC through-hole package, featuring no or negligible reverse recovery and switching behavior independent of temperature . For selection, verify repetitive peak reverse voltage of 650V, average forward current of 8A, forward voltage drop of 2.5V max, non-repetitive surge current of 420A, and operating junction temperature from -40°C to +175°C .
