The STTH2003CFP is a dual common-cathode ultrafast recovery diode from STMicroelectronics in TO-220FP fully insulated package, featuring 300V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 20A average forward current (2x10A per leg). For selection, verify forward voltage drop for efficiency, reverse recovery time for high-frequency switching, low reverse leakage current, non-repetitive surge current capability, and operating junction temperature up to 175°C.
