STTH3003CW ST Fast Recovery Diode

The STTH3003CW is a dual center-tap ultrafast recovery diode from STMicroelectronics in TO-247 through-hole package, featuring 300V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 30A average forward current (2x15A per leg) for high-frequency secondary rectification . For selection, verify forward voltage drop, reverse recovery time of 40ns typical, non-repetitive surge current of 140A, low reverse leakage current of 40µA, and operating junction temperature from -65°C to +175°C . Features include ultrafast, soft and noise-free recovery, and combines highest recovery and reverse voltage performance.
