The STTH512FP is an ultrafast recovery rectifier diode from STMicroelectronics in TO-220FP fully insulated package, featuring 1200V (1.2kV) repetitive peak reverse voltage and 5A average forward current capability. For selection, verify forward voltage drop of 2.2V max at 5A, reverse recovery time of 95ns for high-frequency switching, low reverse leakage current of 5µA at 1200V, non-repetitive surge current of 55A, and operating junction temperature up to 175°C.
