STTH5L06B-TR ST Fast Recovery Diode

The STTH5L06B-TR is an ultrafast recovery high-voltage rectifier diode from STMicroelectronics in DPAK surface-mount package, featuring 600V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 5A average forward current for high-frequency power conversion.
