The STTH6003CW is a dual common-cathode ultrafast recovery diode from STMicroelectronics, featuring 300V repetitive peak reverse voltage and high current capability for high-frequency power conversion. For selection, verify forward voltage drop for efficiency, reverse recovery time for high-frequency switching, low reverse leakage current, non-repetitive surge current capability, and operating junction temperature up to 175°C.
