The STTH802SF is an ultrafast recovery diode from STMicroelectronics in DPAK surface-mount package, featuring 200V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 8A average forward current capability. For selection, verify forward voltage drop, reverse recovery time for high-frequency switching, low reverse leakage current, non-repetitive surge current capability, and operating junction temperature up to 175°C.
