The STTH810FP is an ultrafast recovery high-voltage rectifier diode from STMicroelectronics in TO-220FP fully insulated package, featuring 1000V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 8A average forward current for high-frequency power conversion . For selection, verify forward voltage drop of 2.2V max at 8A, reverse recovery time of 30ns typical, low reverse leakage current of 5µA at 1000V, non-repetitive surge current of 60A, and operating junction temperature up to 175°C .
