Rated for 8A average forward current with a 2.9V forward voltage drop, it efficiently handles moderate power. The 600V blocking voltage provides a robust safety margin for offline converters operating from rectified AC mains. Low reverse leakage of 30µA at full voltage enhances efficiency at high temperatures up to 175°C.
