The STW15N95K5 is an N-channel MDmesh K5 Power MOSFET from STMicroelectronics in TO-247 through-hole package, featuring 950V drain-source voltage, 11A continuous drain current, and low on-resistance for high-efficiency power conversion in ultra-high voltage applications. For selection, verify gate charge for minimized switching losses, very low intrinsic capacitances for fast switching, excellent dv/dt ruggedness, 100% avalanche tested, and operating junction temperature from -55°C to +150°C.
