STW9NK90Z ST Power MOSFET

The STW9NK90Z is an N-channel Zener-protected SuperMESH Power MOSFET from STMicroelectronics in TO-247 through-hole package, featuring 900V drain-source voltage and 6.5A continuous drain current (9A pulsed) for ultra-high voltage switching applications. For selection, verify built-in back-to-back Zener diodes for ESD protection up to 3000V HBM, 100% avalanche tested for ruggedness, low gate charge for minimized switching losses, excellent dv/dt capability, and operating junction temperature from -55°C to +150°C. Features include SuperMESH technology for best-in-class on-resistance, integrated Zener protection eliminating external components, and very low intrinsic capacitances for fast switching. Ideal for ultra-high voltage switching applications including offline switching power supplies (SMPS) for industrial equipment, power factor correction (PFC) stages for three-phase applications, high-voltage DC-DC converters, LED lighting drivers, and any 900V switching application requiring enhanced ESD/gate protection with 6.5A current capability.
