The T1635-600G-TR is a 16A Snubberless Triac with logic-level gate drive from STMicroelectronics in D2PAK surface-mount package, featuring 600V repetitive peak off-state voltage and 16A RMS on-state current for direct microcontroller interface. For selection, verify gate trigger current for logic level versions (typically 35mA), high commutation capability for inductive loads, non-repetitive surge current capability, clip bonding for low thermal resistance, surface-mount D2PAK package for automated assembly, and operating junction temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
