T1635-800G-TR ST TRIACs

T1635-800G-TR is a Snubberless Alternistor TRIAC from STMicroelectronics, rated for 16 A RMS on-state current and 800 V repetitive peak off-state voltage, in a surface-mount D2PAK package. Its Alternistor (snubberless) design offers high immunity to dV/dt and eliminates the need for external RC snubber networks.
