The T1635H-6I is a 16A Snubberless Triac from STMicroelectronics in TO-220FP fully insulated package, featuring 600V repetitive peak off-state voltage and high commutation capability for inductive loads. For selection, verify gate trigger current for Snubberless versions, high commutation (4 quadrant) capability for inductive loads, non-repetitive surge current capability, internal ceramic pad for voltage insulated mounting (2500V RMS), and operating junction temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
