The T810-800B-TR is an 8A standard Triac from STMicroelectronics in DPAK surface-mount package, featuring 800V repetitive peak off-state voltage and 8A RMS on-state current for general purpose AC switching applications . For selection, verify gate trigger current of 5mA to 25mA, non-repetitive surge current of 84A, clip bonding for low thermal resistance, surface-mount DPAK package for automated assembly, and operating junction temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include medium current Triac, low thermal resistance with clip bonding for high reliability, and planar technology for high commutation performance.
