The T835T-8FP is an 8A Snubberless Triac with logic-level gate drive from STMicroelectronics in TO-220FP fully insulated package, featuring 800V repetitive peak off-state voltage and 8A RMS on-state current for direct microcontroller interface. For selection, verify gate trigger current for logic level versions, high commutation capability for inductive loads, non-repetitive surge current capability, internal ceramic pad for voltage insulated mounting (2500V RMS), and operating junction temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
