For selection, it features a sensitive 35 mA max gate trigger current, 1.3 V max gate trigger voltage, 40 mA typical holding current, and an 80 A non‑repetitive surge rating. The Snubberless™ technology delivers high static dV/dt (>1 kV/µs) and dynamic turn‑off commutation, often eliminating external snubber networks. It operates across three quadrants with a maximum junction temperature of 150 °C.
