TC1240AECHTR MICROCHIP DC DC Switching Regulators
The TC1240AECHTR from Microchip is a CMOS charge pump voltage converter in a compact 6-pin SOT-23A package that doubles an input voltage ranging from 2.5V to 5.5V. For selection, it provides a fixed ratiometric output (2Vin) with a 125kHz internal oscillator frequency, delivering up to 40mA output current from a very low 550µA supply current. The device operates across −40°C to +85°C. In application, it is purpose-built for battery-powered portable devices where a higher voltage rail is needed from a single Li-Ion cell or two-cell alkaline supply.
