The TC4422AVOA713 is a high-speed, 9A single-output MOSFET driver from Microchip in a compact SOIC-8 package. For selection, ensure the supply voltage between 4.5V and 18V, confirm 9A peak output current and 2A continuous current, note non-inverting CMOS push-pull output, 38ns typical delay time, matched 34ns rise and 32ns fall times, wide -40°C to +125°C operating range, and TTL/CMOS compatible inputs with 300mV hysteresis.
