TCA6416ARTWR TI I/O Expanders

The TCA6416ARTWR is a 16-bit I²C-bus and SMBus I/O expander from Texas Instruments in 24-pin QFN (RTW) package, featuring 16 general-purpose I/O ports. For selection, verify supply from 1.65V to 5.5V, I²C clock up to 400kHz, outputs sink/source up to 25mA per pin, interrupt output for GPIO status change, three hardware address pins allowing up to eight devices on the bus, and operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C. Features include programmable polarity inversion, internal power-on reset, and low standby current.
