TCA8418RTWR TI I/O Expanders
The TCA8418 is an I2C-controlled keypad scanner and GPIO expander with 18 I/O pins, operating from a 1.65-V to 5.5-V supply. It can scan up to 80 keys (8 × 10 matrix) and features debouncing for key switches, FIFO storage for key events, and an interrupt output for host notification. Packaged in a 24-pin WQFN (RTW) (4 mm × 4 mm), it is ideal for keyboard matrix decoding in portable and consumer electronics. Applications include smartphones, tablets, laptops, and remote controls.
