The TCA9803 is a level-shifting I²C bus repeater supporting bidirectional voltage translation between 0.8 V to 5.5 V on the A-side and 2.2 V to 5.5 V on the B-side. It supports standard mode (100 kHz) and fast mode (400 kHz) I²C speeds, allowing two buses of up to 400 pF to be connected without performance degradation. Packaged in an 8-pin VSSOP (DGK), it is ideal for extending I²C bus reach and isolating bus capacitance in industrial control systems, servers, and telecom equipment.
