The TCAN1042VDRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) CAN FD transceiver from Texas Instruments with a VIO pin for level shifting supporting 3.3-V and 5-V MCUs. It is compliant with ISO 11898-2:2016 standards and supports classical CAN and CAN FD data rates up to 2 Mbps. The device includes a low-power standby mode, remote wake-up capability, and thermal shutdown protection. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC (D) package, it operates over -40°C to 150°C.
