TCLT1007 VISHAY Isolators

The TCLT1007 from Vishay is a single-channel phototransistor optocoupler offering 5000Vrms isolation in a surface-mount SOP-4L mini-flat package. For selection, key parameters include its DC transistor output with 50mA collector current and 70V maximum output voltage, making it suitable for logic-level signal isolation.
