The TD350ETR is an advanced IGBT and MOSFET gate driver from STMicroelectronics in SO-16 surface-mount package, featuring high output current capability for driving high-power IGBTs and MOSFETs in industrial applications. For selection, verify supply voltage range, output current capability of 1.5A source and 2A sink, desaturation detection with programmable blanking time for short-circuit protection, Miller clamp function for hard turn-off during faults, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
