TDC7201ZAXR TI Interface IC

The TDC7201ZAXR is a high-precision time-to-digital converter from Texas Instruments designed for time-of-flight and distance measurement applications. It features a resolution of up to 55 ps, multiple measurement modes including single-shot and multi-cycle averaging, and supports both SPI and I2C interfaces. The device is ideal for LIDAR, ultrasonic flow metering, and laser range finding applications. Housed in a 25-pin NFBGA (ZAX) package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C.
