The THS3092DDAR is a dual high-voltage, low-distortion, high-speed current-feedback operational amplifier from Texas Instruments designed to operate over a wide supply range of ±5V to ±15V for applications requiring large, linear output signals such as pin drivers and power FET drivers. The device features a high slew rate of 5700V/µs and a gain bandwidth product of 235MHz. Housed in an 8-pin SO PowerPAD (DDA) package with an exposed thermal pad, it operates over -40°C to 85°C . Applications include power FET drivers, pin drivers in automatic test equipment (ATE), high-speed communications, video line drivers, and consumer electronics requiring high output current and wide bandwidth.
