The THS3096PWP is a dual high-voltage, low-distortion, high-speed current-feedback operational amplifier from Texas Instruments with a power-down enable feature. It operates over a wide supply range of ±5V to ±15V and features a high slew rate of 5700V/µs with a gain bandwidth product of 235MHz. The device includes a disable function that reduces supply current for power savings when not in use. Housed in a 14-pin HTSSOP (PWP) package with PowerPAD, it operates over -40°C to 85°C . Applications include pin drivers in automatic test equipment, power FET drivers, high-speed communications, video line drivers, and battery-powered equipment requiring high performance with power-down capability.
