The THS4631DR is a single, high-speed, FET-input operational amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring a gain bandwidth product of 210 MHz and a high slew rate of 100 V/µs. It operates over a wide supply range of ±5V to ±15V and provides ultra-low input bias current for high-impedance applications. The device features low noise and low distortion, making it suitable for high-speed photodiode amplifiers and integrators. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC (D) package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C.
