THS6212IRHFR TI Video Amps and Modules
THS6212IRHFR is a current-feedback differential line driver from Texas Instruments, specialized for broadband power line communication and high-frequency signal driving. It runs on 10 V to 28 V supply, delivering 49 VPP differential swing into 100 Ω loads and over 665 mA output current into 25 Ω loads, supporting operating frequency up to 30 MHz. It achieves 205 MHz bandwidth at 10 V/V gain, 2.5 nV/√Hz input noise and -86 dBc second harmonic distortion at 1 MHz. Three selectable bias modes and an IADJ pin enable flexible power tuning, while built-in thermal protection prevents overheating. Packaged in a 24-pin VQFN, it is selected for PLC modems, industrial high-frequency drivers, broadband transmission lines and professional audio links demanding high power and ultra-low distortion performance.
