The TL081HIDR is a single, high-voltage JFET-input operational amplifier from Texas Instruments, part of the next-generation TL08xH family. It features a high slew rate of 20 V/µs, a gain bandwidth product of 5.25 MHz, and low offset voltage of 1 mV (typical). It operates over a wide supply range of 4.5V to 40V (±2.25V to ±20V) and provides low input bias current, low harmonic distortion of 0.003%, and output short-circuit protection. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC (D) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C. Applications include high-impedance sensor amplifiers, active filters, summing amplifiers, audio preamplifiers, and general-purpose analog circuits.
