TL3845P TI DC DC Switching Controllers

The TL3845 is a current-mode PWM controller for off-line and DC-DC converter applications, operating from 7.6-V to 30-V supply. It features a trimmed oscillator for precise frequency control, a 1-A totem-pole output for driving power MOSFETs, and UVLO with 8.4-V on and 7.6-V off hysteresis. The device includes low start-up current (0.5 mA) and cycle-by-cycle current limiting. Packaged in an 8-pin PDIP (N) (9.81 mm × 6.35 mm) for through-hole mounting, it is ideal for cost-sensitive isolated and non-isolated power supplies.
