TL431ACLPR TI Voltage Reference
The TL431A is a precision adjustable shunt voltage reference with 1% initial tolerance, providing output from 2.5 V to 36 V using two external resistors. It operates over a 1 mA to 100 mA cathode current range and features 50 ppm/°C typical temperature coefficient. Packaged in a 3-pin TO-92 (LP) for through-hole mounting, it is the industry standard for voltage references and error amplifiers in power supplies.
